HCL Technologies — Unable to login to my separation portal: lockout

Website:wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx#

OTPs came arrived 30 minutes late to my email after my first successfully login. I am locked out of the offboarding portal.

I also did not see anything under the relieving letters or the other letter links on the profile page.
