HCL — WARRANTY PERIOD NON-SERVICE

I have purchased HCL ME XITE L75 (Sl No. 511AE835995) ON 17.08.2011 with one year on site and additional two years offsite warranty. Till 2013 end the HCL service support was excellent and every single issue related to the service of the laptop has been resolved properly. Since March, 2014 a new problem has been seen in the laptop. It started shutting down and start up automatically. Thus on July 22, 2014, I submitted the laptop to the service center (i.e. Growmore Computer Services, Ghatkopar, mumbai) with the hcl complaint service request no. [protected]. A representative of the Growmore Computer Services has informed me in nov, 2014 that the issue has been resolved and hence I could take back my laptop from their center in Vashi. I took back my laptop on the last week of nov from Vashi service center, where it was informed to me that the mother board has been replaced and the issue has been resolved. I took back my laptop from the service center but after a week, the same problem (automatic shutting down and start up ) has been started and I have submitted the laptop to the service center again on 12.12.2014 where they informed me that the problem is with the motherboard and now they are telling that the motherboard of the same model is not available with them.
