Hdb Financial Service — Duplicate Loan Payment of 926 Request for Payment Confirmation and Adjustment

I am writing regarding my loan payment of **₹926** for this month.

I manually paid **₹926 on 2 September** as a prepayment towards my loan. However, the same amount of **₹926 was subsequently debited again from my bank account through the auto-debit process on 4 September**.

Therefore, I have effectively paid **₹1, 852 this month**, but my loan account is currently reflecting only one payment, and the transaction history is showing only the payment made on **4 September**.

I would like to understand what has happened to the **₹926 payment made manually on 2 September**. If both amounts have been successfully received, please clarify why the 2 September payment is not reflecting in my loan account and confirm where the additional ₹926 has been credited.

I request you to please:

1. Verify the payment of **₹926 made on 2 September**.
2. Confirm whether the amount was received by you.
3. Explain why it is not reflected in my loan account/transaction history.
4. Confirm how the additional payment will be adjusted against my outstanding loan amount or refunded, as applicable.

Please investigate this matter and provide me with a clear update at the earliest, as both payments have been deducted from my bank account.
