HDB Financial Services — Bank Officials does not allowing to close the loan.

Hello Sir,
I have a loan in HDB Financial Services, loan account number is : 7616862
My Name : Banjara Dnyaneshwar Dhansing
Registered Mobile Number : [protected]
I want to close my loan from last 3-4 months and have visited number of times in Nandurbar branch to submit the amount and close the loan.
But the Bank Manager Mr. Zunjar Patil is not allowing me to close the loan and saying "Rehna do loan chalu, mein tumhe close nahin karne dunga".
I am a middle class person and wont be able to afford to continue paying loan amount and its interest.
Could you please help in directing the Bank Manager to allow me to close the loan?
It is very unfortunate that in a Free and Democratic country we have to adhere to such people [The Bank Manager of Nandurbar Branch] who have no sense of responsibility towards their Job and simply looking to harass the common people.

Please Help.
