HDB Financial Services — cheque bouncing and not allowing for moratorium

I, kulwant singh had applied for loan in 2019. I was paying regularly my installments. I had paid 13 installments out of 39 without any delay. But due to covid19, i am not able to pay my installments. I had applied for moratarium in april, june and also applying for july, but every time they are bouncing my cheques and putting penalty on me. I already sent emails and complaint about bank in grievances form. But they are not replying. Even the agent with which we are in contact is openly saying. It is the way our finance company work and you feel free to complaint to anyone you want. This is totally irresponsible behaviour from company and employees. They are torturing us by putting us high penalties. So, kindly take required action. We are middle class shopkeepers and at this time, we need some time.
