HDB Financial Services — Complaint about not giving loan account no.and NOC of commercial truck

Myself mohammad rafik shaikh from chittorgarh, rajasthan.
I had take a loan from nov.2014 from hdb finance, chittorgarh, rajasthan branch on my vehicle which registered no. Is rj 09 ga 5098.
Loan has completed in january 2017.
Hbd finance brach chittorgarh yet not given noc of rj 09 ga 5098 and it's loan account no.
Branch manager also not give us proper feedback.
Kindly please take action on this and give us the account no. And noc of my vehicle from the branch.
