HDB Financial Services — Complaint against Branch not responding for my Loan.......Lakhwinder Singh........29142437

My name is Lakhwinder Singh. I had submitted all the documents for a Personal loan in the Mansa Branch on dated[protected]. But till time my case status is not updated. Firstly they were told the file is rejected due to out of TAT & they logged the file again on dated[protected]. After the logged file they told only PD is pending when PD is done then loan is approved. PD is done on dated[protected]. When file was re-login on dated[protected] then why PD is delayed. Now again Branch said the case is rejected due to out of TAT. Kindly look into this & provide me resolution on it.
