HDB Financial Services — deducting the loan charges even if the minimum account balance is maintained.

Dear sir/ madam,

My name is dhanush.
Living in bangalore karnataka,
Loan no: 6639172.

I took a loan against ifb washing machine on hdb financial services...

The complete emi is for 10 months starting from the date of 4/10/2019.

On 15/10/2019 i got message from hdb financial services, stating as below.

"dear cus, please note that there are charges of rs.472 outstanding in your loan no.6639172 debiting on date 16th oct 19 ensure funds.
The emi amount is 1625/-"

I had maintained good balance in my bank account.
But still these type of messages will harm our good & healthy relationship..
So kindly sort this problem as soon as possible before the next emi starts...
