HDB Financial Services — Deduction of NACHRTN

Dear Sir/Madam,

Ref PL Loan Account No :[protected]

My BOB account for PL EMI is having sufficient fund since 1st April 2021 even EMI representation date is on 6th April.

Even maintaining balance of EMI in advance you have deducted 295 RS twice on 5th April as per below transaction detail.

1.0BA062957/HDBFSL/10-03/NACHRTN 295 RS
2.0BA062957/HDBFSL/15-03/NACHRTN 295 RS

Kindly inform the reason for this unnecessary deduction from my accounts and refund same on immediate basis please .
