HDB Financial Services — emi agent forcing to pay emi

I have a total of 6 six emis total remaining is 4 emi and i am facing the problem of corona and till now i am unable to pay the remaining amount of emi. But its been 17-day passes and my salary is not credited in my account i tell the emi agent i solve all the remain amount and emi and closed the loan as i got my salary but they didn't listen as per the indian law we have at least 90 days to pay emi then why you are forcing the mental trouble.
