HDB Financial Services — Emi auto debit & wrong processing being followed | |
In Regards to above subject I had purchased a AC from my local distributor through your finance services inspite of having Bajaj Finance we were forced to avail the benefits given by your finance company, And that was a wrong decision taken by us as one of your team member collected all Docs(Blank Cheque, ID proof etc)for auto debit process but a month later we got a call that EMI cannot be dedcuted online hence give us cash & we followed the same another month later again we got a call from your revenue dept stating that kindly ay your EMI with Late fees as system is cannot take AUTO DEBIT as your documents are not yet processed and your EMI is over due we were forced to pay via link of amount RS2315(Actual EMI is 2292) now after paying EMI for the month of June also I am getting Late fees msg of Rs250 as a late fees of First EMI, We are actually feeling as harrased as we are paying EMI also and getting penalized also of the mistake done by your representative, I assure you that I wont ever purchase any thing from your finance service neither recommend any one, Eagerly Waiting for these transactions to be completed, Once Mistake I have ever done by chosing your company as haven't seen such Unprofessional Attitude towards Work.([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |
