With due respect, I want to close my Loan A/c and I have visited thrice Malviya Nagar Branch New Delhi on 27 Mar, 28 Mar and 06 Apr 17 but no satisfactory reply/ concrete solution from the staff has been recd so far. Though I have submitted the chq on 06 Apr 17 to the BM without any receipt as he was telling his BOM not came today. Again I enquired today and the answer of BM is the same.
