HDB Financial Services — I didn't receive experience / relieving letter

I Worked with hdb financial services limited from January 4, 2021 to May, 2021. Due to some health problems, I was not able to continue working...I had informed the senior officer a month before I quit...but the senior officer did not take the necessary steps...so I did not get the experience letter/relieving letter that I was supposed to get. After that I tried to contact the senior officer but on inquiry came to know that officer is no longer working there.
Kindly request me to grant my relieving letter.
