[Resolved]  HDB Financial Services — I have paid my 2nd emi on this but still deducted ecs charges from my account

Policy number 21602514 harsh gautam I have purchased a mobile devices and finance it from HDB financial services . I had payed my emi before due that 2nd of every month I have my payment receipt but still they are deducted ecs charges from my account ..I am a customer who i facing different problems even I have insurance of product and it has been stolen still that I am paying my emi ... These nbfc service are creating revenue by our money only costumers fund but they are making frauds by there system even there customer helpline number is not working .. this is also illegal breaking a law .. plz refund my money back and take big action on HDB financial company
