HDB Financial Services — insulted and depressed from the branch head and executive | |||||
Dear team, I have applied for a personal loan with HDB financial services in the branch of KARUMATHAMPATTI, coimbatore as on 31st of Aug 2018. THE LOAN was APPROVED.(details are attached). Today morning HDBFS executive called me and said your DD was ready, please go to the branch and collect the DD from mis.Divya (Branch Executive). I go to the branch and i met mis.Divya, she told me to wait for 10 minutes for collect the cheque, because already one person waiting for a cheque collection. I have waited for that . Then i asked is the process will be finished within 10 minutes? or how much time to be taken? . The executive ms.divya said wait for a 10 minutes again . I have a important call at that time so have to go out next to the door. After finishing my call, i called mr. Rajendran (HDBFS, sales executive) for how long to be taken for a cheque collection. Because I have a important bank work. He said i will suggest to make quick process. After this conversation i am going inside, Mis. Divya attending the new customer. I asked to mis. Divya, how long will be taken for the process and why didn't you call me for the next? In between the conversation Mis. Divya goes in to the branch heads room and bring the manager of HDBFS KARUMATHAMPATTI branch coimbatore.( I don't know the branch manager's name).He come and said why did you make a trouble in the branch .I said how did you say i make a trouble?, I am asking an exact time for the DD issuance only and since I'm waiting, why don't you call me the next. The branch manager angryly said, wait for another 10 minutes or else wait for when I call you. I asked, are you thought am a begger? he replied me, yes ofcourse you are a begger... did you paid a correct emi as on date for the past loan. I said you won't able to say this if I paid or not, and do you know I paid the previous loan within a loan period with a record. If I didn't paid the emi correctly why did you sanction the new loan and why can't you cancel that . In between the conversation the manager angrily said GET OUT FROM THE BRANCH and i see how can you collect the cheque from me?. I felt insulted in front of all the branch employees and customers. I raised the question to HDBFS, is this your service to customer, is this is the respect and response to the customer . Is this is the way to handling the customer at your HDBFS. Which has been happened . I am very very insulted and deppressed the way you treated me. What is the action against the Manager and an executive of HDBFS karumathampatti, coimbatore..
