Hi sir, I purchased a washing machine from ganesh store, jhotwara, jaipur. And finance through your hdb finance. My concern is that every moth i received a text that due to some technical issue your installment didn't pay. And then they add some extra charges in my installment. Now if i want to pay my installment before the due date so what is the procedure. Because your sales executive deny my request and behave like a illiterate person.
