HDB Financial Services — loan fraud

I have Take a Loan ( Loan Against property) From HDB Finance Kamla Nagar (Near Clock Tower)
Ma Property is minimum amount of Rs 5cr minimum m teling u
& i required 60 lakh Of loam amount
But They give me 45 lakh
they said we will give u PL (persnal Loan) Of amount 8-10 lakh I said ok
Till Now they are not responding to give me PL its being 2 months
M payng Every month Installments Dere is no benefit to take a loan

If they cant give more than 45 thn they have to tel y should i take loan from them ???

Plz take sme action
