Hdb Financial Services Ltd. — Adavance EMI refund purpose

Respected sir,

I have a take personal loan in HDF finance on date 31/12/2012 Loan amount, 100000/- and pay on date 06/03/2014
70932/- Loan amount and one advance EMI but sir in my account one another EMI also deduct so i have inquiry in HDB branch baroda to Mr paresh mistry but not satisfaction answer there so please help me.and refund my deduct amount, Loan A/c no.342547
