I had applied for moratorium on 28th may 2020 for my loan account no. 2309260 and 1147083 at curstomercare by email and received a revert mail that they are in process and i should file again on 1st june at website of the company. Again on 1st june i applied for but my request was rejected.
I asked to branch to mr. Naveen vijay but he is helpless.
Due to lockdown my cashflow is disturbed and in financial crunch to pay emi
On 4th june both emi was debited to my account
