HDB Financial Services — Multiple presentation of ecs without information.

I am availing a personnel loan from hdbfs with account no-714259, and is tired of representation of ecs in my account without intimation sometimes and with intimation sometimes.in the month of november it was presented four times, attracting a debit of rs 288 every time. We explained our financial status to yr representative and are already paying late penalties every month in addittion (Rs 845). I am yr customer since 2011, and is aware that ecs was presented once prevously, but u are presenting and representing ecs again and again for last six months. Please do the needful.

P. S.-our home branch contacted on this matter says that since these ecs are presented by head office they can not do any thing.
