HDB Financial Services — my loan account is not regularised with new bank account from last 4 month

My lap loan account is not regularise with new bank details from last 4 month i was regularly follow bank representative but he is not give proper reply
Regards this required all document i was submitted on date 15.01.2019 but till date process is not done
At every month i was face bouncing charges of cheque
Need your help to resolve this issue on priority basis...

They don't want to service the customer only they are taking extra money for they self this is no good for hdb financial Company Name was spoiled theis employees it's too bad ifu won call me I'll explain totally my number [protected] and [protected].
