HDB Financial Services — Need experience letter

This is Thivya Thangaraju (Employee code T04102).I have worked in HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES(Hbl global Pvt ltd) in the duration from 12/01/2016 to 06/02/2018).

I got my resignation letter But there is No experience (duration of working)on my resignation letter.

I got the new job offer in another organization need proceed my experience letter in my new organization

Several times I sent the mail to HR and higher official I didn't get any replies

I request for my experience letter soft copy through mail to hblhr.[producted]@hdfcbank.com and hdbhr.hr[producted]@hdfs.com there is no response from HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES

So i request you to consider my request and issue the soft copy of my experience letter at emergency with duration in which i have worked in HDB FINACIAL SERVICES (Hbl global Pvt ltd)it will be helpful to grow my carrier
