HDB Financial Services — Negligence of the staff Kamla nagar branch | |||
The behaviour of Kamla nagar branch staff is so bad that they don't knw how to speak to the Coustmer if someone is calling nd if there is an urgency they don't respond nor they r available in office half of the tym the coustmer is told that the concerned person is not available in office. There has been no one to guide the customers guards are told to attend the coustmer. My loan is going on wid Hdb and I've been facing so much of problem in getting my loan closed. Just because of this behaviour I had to switch my loan to some other bank and the staff is fully aware of the facts just because of there behaviour and neglegance I had to switch my loan to some other bank. The branch manager of Kamla nagar Mohit Gupta is again one male egoistic that he doesn't knw how to speak to a female He be busy will all the other work than just his official work It's been 11days that I've given my cheques for the loan closure but still no mail being received by anyone nd no response abt the property papers. I already have sold the property against which my loan is going on and given advance against a new property but Mohit Gupta's states it's not his problem Kindly help me support me and guide me to deal with this problem Was this information helpful? | |||

I informed to the manager of the bank to preclosure to account on 6th september by letter... but still there is no intimation from bank. i request you to take immediate action.
