Hello I am an employee of hdb financial services ltd as operation executive post. My notice period is 3 month but i am unable to serve the notice period of 3 month. Only one month notice is served. Please proper suggestion notice period is not served 2 month and relieving letter received or not. Kindly help the proper guidance of shortfall of notice period waiver received or leave adjust.
