I purchase a mobile phone s1 pro at amit mobile through hdb finance service gwalior on date 20/09/2020[.] for 18 months and paid 6 installment on purchase time[.] and 12 installment started 02/11/2020 and completed 02/10/2021[.]

i paid all installment timely [cut automatically in my account] on 2nd every month [.]

but on date 02/10/2021 not cut automatically, so i paid through hdb financial app [provide in google play store] 1188/- rs on date 02/10/2021 time 04:28 pm [my last installment]

and also request to customer.[protected]@hdfs.com on date 03/10/2021 time 13:56 [don, t cut emi my a/c 1188 bcoz i already paid through hdb app]

today 07/10/2021 i got a message .. you paid 472/- rs o/s

i paid all installment timely
so why should i will pay 472/- o/s this is my complain
