HDB Financial Services — Pending of loans

This is Mrs subramanian.He avail loan from hdb financial services. His loan account no :1403642. Loan sanctionEd on 19th MARCH 2016. He received welcome letter on 23rd March. Till date there is no pending of payment from my side. Not only this loan you can also check my previous loan account 906354. I am paying promptly.

Manager Mr suresh and staff harassing me very much that one month(April ) due is pending .loan sanctioned date 19th March. He received welcome letter on 23rd March. within 10 to 15 days how can and why should I pay 1 month due.

Your staff told that its only their fault that he should detect April month due before disbursement of loan .so it's not my mistake. So he can't take responsibility.

Daily he is receiving 10 to 15 threatuning calls from your staff. Lot of stress and tension to my husband. He is not able to concentrate on his business.

Mainly recently he had his left eye cornea operation. He had lost his left eye sight.he is facing much health issues.

[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] these are phone numbers. He had received 16 threatening calls on 21/09/2016 from your staff John from collection department and 5 calls on 22/09/2016.

Already my husband health condition is not good and your staff continuously giving stress and tension to him.If anything happen to him because of your staff I definitely file a complaint against your company through consumer court.

So take necessary action and give relie[censored]s from this issue.

This is mrs subramanian .I already explained much more about my husband health conditions and his financial status then why you people frequently troubling him .moreover as I already explained it's not ours fault because of your careless why should we suffer . major issues are going on 1 money transaction and 2 vardha cyclone we are in critical position and we are not able to run day to day life. every day you torture giving us more and more stress and tension. Nov month 16th and this month 12th bank had deducted rs345 for unclear ed cheques. immediately stop deposit cheque and avoid unwanted deduction from our account. once again I remember you there is no pending payment from our side if you again again repeat the same thing definitely ill file complaints against your bank or we will commit suicide then you will be responsible. Once again I warn you every month we making payment promptly and emi is pending till date please check and stop troubling us

Regarding hdfc loans
This is third time im writing complaints to consumer cell.what is the result ? Zero.i already explained totally about the my husbands health conditions and the financial situation. im not able to run day to day life.i avail loan for just 2, 40, 000.im paying my installments promptly. only because of bankers careless ness they failed to deduct a due before disbursement of loan. within 15 days how can I pay a due.how many times ill explain.Repeatedly for the past 3 months they depositing cheques after 10th of every month .you must notice every month 4th im paying my dues promptly within a week bankers depositing another cheque.
without fund the cheque bounced and bank deducted rs.345 for uncleared cheques.my cibil score is going very low.
Only after complained to consumer cell the bankers troubling us to the core. I already spoke many times to the hdfc staffs.no use.day after day situation is going bad.
what action from consumer cell is going to take for my problem?im decided to take this issue to free legal cell and going to launch complaints against hdfc bank.
if I don't receive any solution for this issue definitely ill commit suicide and the bank should be responsible.
