HDB Financial Services — personal loan debited extra charges

Dear team, we visited gajuwaka HDB financial office from last 10days due to in my account 295/- debited twice in this month, my EMI 6124/- debited every month on time, I need that clarification so I visited to gajuwaka HDB office but I didn't received any response from them so I met branch manager satya vara Prasad and I concern my issue so he requested me to draft mail on that, then I drafted mail from last 3 days and making calls and messages to him, he is just saying his mail box not working from last 1 week, such a ridiculous response from branch manager, saying his official mail not working, Im very much depressed with that team and BM, kindly escalate my issue and take necessary action on this.
