Hi myself pandiyan s and i have a loan account 1364848 of inr 150000 respectively. I have paid 22 dues of 136510 inr within my due date of 4th every month. But in my statement it is showing like i have 14 check bounces on my loan account and also late payment fee of 12206 inr whereas i paid on 4th of every month. I havent recieved any notifications from your side stating that my check has been bounced. I literally got shocked after seeing my loan statement. I herby request you to waive off the late payment charges to ensure smooth payment from my side. If no i wont pay the remaining dues. And i request to solve this issue asap call to my below mobile number for further clarifications.
