HDB Financial Services — pf withdrawal form hdb

When i try to withdraw pf amount of hdb financial service in normal pf login there is some following error "as your establishment is exempted in pf, please submit your withdrawal case to concerned trust." coming in that page. When i contacted local pf office (Royapettah, chennai) they said you need to withdraw pf amount from hdb related pf withdrawal. So kindly assist mehow to withdraw pf amount from your concerned.
