HDB Financial Services — Preclosure of personal loan

I shrinath panditrao mahagaonkar having personal loan of rs 10 lacks from aurangabad branch from sep 2016. Till date i have regularly paid 8 emi. But now i want to preclose my loan. But the mr ahmad from aurangabad branch say you can't close it. I am following &requesting him since last 5-6 days but no use. I appeal higher authorities to look in the matter.& not to harass mentally & financially my loan account no is 1723804 aurangabad branch
