HDB Financial Services — recovery agent harassment and rejected moratorium in spite of govt decision

I have been asking for moratorium as i lost my job still they are not giving one they said govt can tell anything but we are giving 3 months only.. Resulted in bounce charges and now recovery agents are harrasing me telling me to pay for 3 months together and when shared the call records of harassment their customer support officer mr aravind told me recovery agent will call you and you should pay 3 months emi together i am nit given moratorium i don't have job plus they are charging with bounce charges below is the harssement call of recovery agents
