Dear sir,
This is now a month i had been complaining against my loan issue. My emi has not been deducted through my account since i had visited branch in burari but no resolution has been given to me. Firstly i would like to complain for the executive i. E. Miss. Sarika working in krishna electronics as a employee. She is the one who has done our finance as i had visited so many times to that shop but no one is showing any professionalism towards their work. Irresponsible work from that executive. Secondly it was said that our first emi would be deducted on 2.9.18 but it was not deducted and same again i had visited and called but no one responded to it. So i had done payment through paytm but it was said that we had done payment in advance so for that also no refund has been displayed till today. Thirdly today is 5.10.19 but no emi has been deducted from my account and all this will score down my account. When i had visited branch they had told to pay through paytm. This is all service which is provided by you to your customers and will never recommend anyone to have any finance through hdb financial services.
1. My payment should be refunded as the payment which was done through paytm for the month of september as it was said by your executive miss. Sarika and later on it was informed to us that first emi date is 2.10.19.
2. Strict action should be taken for executive miss. Sarika who is working in burari, sant nagar in krishna electronics. As it is informed to me that she has been transferred from there but she is all responsible for every concern of mine.
3. We are having balance in our account but till than emi is not deducted and whenever we visited and called to her she had given different reasons each and every time.
This is my humble request to have look over my concern and give me the resolution. Here i am attaching the paytm receipt of september month.
