Hi,
My name is sayed younuse, recently i have a taken loan from hdb. Loan number is 6573689. On aug 8, 2019 i made an incorrect payment of rs.16070 to another loan account 6572689 which is not mine. I have complained on the same day and provided complete details like transaction id account number, mode of payment, screenshot everything. I just want to reverse the amount from incorrect loan account.
Your collection department was keep on calling me and i inform the same to them. They are saying they dnt have any connection with the customer care department. Your customer care representatives are big time liar and they said we stopped the call. Again i got a call. Finally i paid cash of rs. 16100.
Its been 33 days now. I have called customer care more than 15 times and dropped a mail to your customer care more than 5 time (No response for email). On 16 aug, on of your supervisor called me and said than the refund has initiated it will reflect within 10 working days.
It should be reflected within aug 31 but no. Again i called customer care, same lie they said. Its been more than 30 days. No refund.
Yesterday i spoke to cx representative manas, he said he will arrange the call back. No one has called me. Manas was saying technical issue and he is unable see da details.
I am not blaming the agents, i am blaming hdb management because you made them to talk like this. Please return my money. Again collection department started to call for this month payment.
If you are not ready to take this responsibility i will post this comple story in fb and let people think about your service.
