My loan ac no. 2239440.

The above loan has been closed on 14.8, 2017 thru rtgs
And has confirmed and received noc for the same

But there is no action regarding the refund of insurance
Policy which was mentioned that 25 days from the closure
Date. Today it is one month there is no service from your
End nor reply as trying to call nor email reply.
Very very poor service.

Please revert back.

My account number is1976047 any not block mark my emi is closed last two month but message is recived for tomoro payment message in my mobile what reason why not update my payment tomoro not paymented pls close my account and give me noc. so cibil problem is recived..
