Dear sir/ madam,

Pfa, my last emi of (10th) was not debited on 4th of this month even bank account balance is more than the emi amount. Myself went to branch directly and paid through cash on 8th jan 2019, and next day from bank account automatically debited the emi amount. The emi amount is debited twice. Kindly refund the excess amount. Kindly send closer conformation of emi certificate.
