HDB Financial Services — reg foreclosure enquiry n staff behaviour

I had visited HDB Dindugal branch, tamilnadu for enquiring foreclosure charges me branch sales manager Ranganathan.I told him have transfered to another location and paid 7 dues want to close the ac. He gave false information that loan can be closed only after 18 months. I told him as per the agreement and norms it stated loan can b closed any time after 6 months. Hearing this he started to scream and abuse and asked me to close the loan in that location. I am a manager of reputed bank knows clear terms and conditions still ur staffs trying to mislead wont b tolerated and it spoils reputation of company
