HDB Financial Services — Regarding incentive not release and full and final letter

I was worked at hdb bank. I resigned on 7april and I got my 7days salary on next month at 7may but I did not get my incentive which I earn in March month by completed target. Now I have not receive my full and final letter.i call teamlease executive they said the reporting manager has to send a mail where your detail mention and write this employee's incentive did not release. AS they said to me I did but know my manager say send me your full and final letter but I don't have any letter which should be send by teamlease and they did not send me again I call them to ask full and final letter the answers I get the letter is release after 45 days from resigning date if the letter is release later how can my salary release at time.
