Hello sir
I take a loan from your bank in month of march. My agent name sandeep who is working in ph 10 mohali btanch.. he says me that my 1st emi starts from may but i received massage from your company " Dear TARANDEEP SINGH your EMI amt overdue of Rs 7793 is not paid for Loan no 2393706 please visit nearest branch & pay the emi, pls ignore SMS if paid." My agent miss guide me very much .. even he doesnt tell me about the 2 % of dectution in loan amount. Please take a nessery action against the agent.. my contect number is [protected].
