HDB Financial Services — regarding wrong charges charged to my account

Dear sir my los no: 933744 in name of farid service station, in which i have been charged with 4718/- without my fault. I have sufficient balance maintained in my account, the emi honoured in my account but then it bounces with remarks referred to customer. With having sufficient balance in my account i was charged with charges. Please waive charges as no fault lies with us. The statement showing sufficient balance was given to faridkot branch. As i am the regular emi payer since 2015, these charges please be waived. Regards pankaj
