HDB Financial Services — Relieving letter or experience letter

Dear sir/madam,

I am Chethan U, was working with HDB financial services for brief period from 09/01/2020 to 30/07/2020 in Field Sales Executive Department And my employee ID is C06483. I was reporting to Mr. Dibyendu Debnath.

I would like to inform you that I have been selected for work at TCS. During the document submission stage, TCS is asking for the relieving letter from the previous company HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES, without which the document verification will be incomplete.

At the time of leaving HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES I requested for the relieving letter but since the tenure was for short period, HR said it may not be required and I too agreed and moved on.

Now at this juncture TCS is insisting me to provide the relieving letter from HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES. I request you to provide the relieving letter and help me to pursue my career ahead.
