HDB Financial Services — Requested for Moratorium 2.0

I applied for Moritorium 2.0 through online official websited HDBFS
I Got some erors saying my Mobile number and loan account number is not matching,
Same day i raised a complaint through HDBFS customer support via mail i got Reply mail from HDB after 6 days requesting for my mobile number account details and pan details
After sharing all the details through mail i got reply from HDB CS team after 19 days saying my Mobile number is not correct in there reports
So i shared screen shot from my Phone where i receive messages from HDB
After that still date i did not get any replies from HDB CS team and in between i got a call from there team asking to pay the loan emi where i informed the all the details from day 1

And today after almost 2 months im getting reply mail from HDB saying that i have not applied for Moritorium so i shoulp oay the loan EMI,
Where is error from my side here
