HDB Financial Services — The mortgage my gold but not giving money

They mortgage my 1.3 lacs of gold. They promise me to give 60000 of loan amount against that gold. He said me sir you may go now u will get the loan amount tomorrow in your account but frm last three days no body in their branch recieving my phone. When i visit the branch n asked tht what hpnd for my loan amount he said me to give 400 rupess then they will senction my loan amount. I request you to kindly return my gold as possible.. I dont want any type of loan from this bank.

hardey kumar's response sir i need ur helf so plz i requset u solve ds issue.if i caught any other compny loan then my instolment is 23000 per month . if i ur compny gave me loan then my instolment is only 16000 so sir plz understand my problem and gave me my top up

I want to know proper reason about the cancell of my toupup loan .Ur manger said to me my profile is verry week .If my profile is week then why they gave me first loan.i want know about this.I had a check bounce but it has a mistek because i dont know about my instolment date.
