HDB Financial Services — unauthorized credit charges and unethical behaviour | |||
This is related to my loan number: 1354369 in which excess money is charged from me by collecting cash from my house and in the same month debit my account. Also penalized me after deducting double amount from my account. Manager is not branch is not listening and came out as very rude person. I have submitted one written complaint on 25.10.2018 also but nothing happened. Behavior of branch staff is purely unethical. This incident happened in tilak nagar branch. I will not make last payment till my issues are resolved and i will not be responsible for that as nothing is due from my side. Was this information helpful? | |||
