Subject: Request letter to waive off foreclosure charges on Loan A/c No.: 1460544
Dear Sir,
I am Rajeev Jain having LAP with your institution carrying Loan A/c No. 1460544, I have requested to close my loan, in response I received a foreclosure letter including prepayment charges of Rs. 2, 02, 209.00. As per guidelines by RBI there should be no prepayment charges on loan if the borrower is an individual (As per court judgment proprietary firm and individual are considered same).
Further, there is an unexpected decrease in our sales after lockdown is imposed by the government and we find it difficult to generate sufficient revenue from operational activities.
We request you to waive off prepayment charges on this loan, as we are going to arrange funds from related parties to discharge outstanding of your bank.
