My loan account number is 9336246 i need to apply for moratoriam ( need time to pay my EMI for three months ) due to corono issues and my business place now locked however i could not able to reach your customer care and online apllication for the above said issues. therefore kindly take necessary action to my request and postpond my EMI for another three months and stop ECS payment .
