I have purchased a washing machine on 26th Jan2022. To avail HDB offer I was convinced to make purchase on Monthly EMI. I was not in favour of EMI. They convinced me how it is profitable. Processing fees is additional charges customer has to pay.
I need a proof of bill which says I am getting 10% cashback after total repayment of loan.. No where on the bill and not even on my loan account there is any mention of the offer. What is the guarantee of cashback.
The customer care no. is invalid.. No one is responding to the mails. And the HDB employee in the shop is on leave..
This is a trap for the customer.

Updated by Rdee After numerous emails and phone call, the customer care team accepted my claim and my cash back was processed. But I would like to point out that the the promised amount of 10% of purchase value was not credited in my account.
