HDB Financial Services — wrong ecs bounce charges

I have two loan accounts in hdb finance (1.2355488 2.2852127) in which installment was paid timly. But last two months oct&nov hdb charged me for insufficint fund. As on same date balance available on my bank account but they charged me for emi bounce.
Emi deduction date is 4th of every month.
Now hdb executive calls me every time for the collection.
I informed them that sufficiant balance was available on date 4th but they were not ready to listen anything and making calls again and again.
Even i also informed to hdb finance office located in jetpur for the same but i didnt get any response.
Collection department called us and harresed every time.
