RESPECTED SIR,

I'm a fresher S.MURALIKRISHNAN EMPLOYEE CODE (HF095641) SSO of in our HDBFS. And also I'm working HDBFS at last six months sincerely.. now a days MR.SIVARAJ R (HDB58307) SM try to frame against to our company policy and terminate..
So he was decided to framing..

On march month I was did one unfortunate mistake of open box image and i got from Chennai tele verification team and ask me why your not following our open box policy and then i said sir I'm new here there after I'll correct it and kindly accept apology.. then they need the customer emi and photo.. I'll call the customer but the customer in out of station then they paid her EMI.. Then i said please inform me when you reach home mam.
Then MR.MANAGER sivaraj R sir daily asked me about in every good customers product is they having or not go and check and update me customer photo with product with the box also.. And said me Evey month every cases only follow and collect those emi's and some cases force me to pressure the customer for foreclosing..
I can't handle him pressure every day.. and he order and demand open market in my own money.. I'm also done it because of him pressure..
Some so's resigned they are job reason of MR.SIVARAJ R pressure..
In con call his scold bad words even though all SO'S.. And blaming all days..
Yesterday i was upload my resignation letter but he didn't accept it and gave last 6months emi pending case and fo collect and report me and he's treat like me a dog..
I can't bear those things and I'm also Schedule cast he blaming and compare me Slam area customers.. and aske me they are your relation no you only gave loan to your people no so you collect like he scold me sir ..
I can't even complaint to his higher official because he's also his realtive.. Thats why I let you know sir..

I'm also upload my resignation letter in zing HR.. But he was reject my resignation.. And said do collection of your all cases and also demand all customers photos with dpl product and box photos otherwise he warn me to terminate..
So kindly help me to accept my resignation letter.. I'm ready to collect my all emi also sir..
But please humbly request you help me to accept my resignation letter..
I was so hardly insult by MR.SIVARAJ R..
If any anything happens wrongly to me its fully depends the sales manager and HDBFS only responsible sir..
I'm poor family man please help me and do basic good things for my resignation.
