I have applied for the service on the 15th of november and have so far not received any update on when it is going to be shipped to me. The last email from them was your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected] and that your fastag has been issued successfully. When i applied for the fastag it said that i will get a call from the representative and will receive the fastag in 7 working days and that my application number is hfr 378078. The customer care number is totally useless. Absolutely no way to reach them out.

This isn't really looking good. The fastag was applied on 15th Nov. The time line was 7 days at time. Fastag will be mandatory from 1st dec so you are adding further 7 10 days. Dont you think that's absurd?

    I have applied for hdfc fastag on 19th nov 2019. After successful submission, message displayed as you will receive fastag in 7 days and representative will contact you. On 22nd nov 2019, i received email with walletid saying account is created. But i havent yet received any mail or phone regarding dispatch of fastag.

    It is frustrating that hdfc is not giving proper notifications to customers. From last 2 days i am trying to connect with hdfc fastag team, helpline number is either busy or just playing music if connected. No one is ready to receive the call.

    I want current status of hdfc fastag.

    Also i have gone through lots of complaints regarding the same, mentioned email id and contact becomes protected and customer remain helpless.

      I am trying to contact the fastag customer care but the call is always busy. While application, i paid rs.1000 for 2 vehicles and submitted documents for both the vehicles.
      1. After my application, i was told that i will receive fastag application pdf in my email which i never did.
      2. Today, i got an sms with my customer id and wallet id but when i registered and logged in, it says that i only have 1 car registered under the specified user id, and as mentioned above, i have paid for 2 vehicles.

        I have applied for hdfc fastag till now i didn't receive any confirmation email and found no option to track my request. I have been with hdfc for last 10 years and this is the worst moment i have ever faced. My application reference number is hfr472444. There is no way to track my request. The toll free number which is provided in the website is useless. Whenever i tried it was busy. Please don't trust this service, it's waste of time.

          I had applied for the fastag for my vehicle through the hdfc website and paid 500 on 25-11-19 via my hdfc savings account. The website froze after the payment was deducted - said the session has expired and i could not go back or forward. I tried calling the toll-free number which is always busy. I want to know the status of my application so that before 1st of december i can get this issue resolved

          HDFC Fastag not received after payment.

                I had applied for fasttag on 24-nov-2019 by paying rs 500 through hdfc netbanking. Application reference number :hfr504624. However, i am not able to reach out to customer care inspite multiple attempts, neither there is any update received from hdfc on the current status. Attached application confirmation screenshot for your reference.

                Can you please make sure fast tag is sent to my registered address asap.

                  Because i hold a saving account in the bank so i applied for fastag vide application reference no. Hfr364786 on dated 13/112019. This i did because the bank site says that the tag is issued and delivered within 7 days. Thou the customer id no.[protected] is generated but there is no mention when the tag will be delivered. There is absolutely no mean to contact the customer care as the no. [protected] is not accessible.
                  Kindly help as the last date is approaching

                    Fastag Application HFR02088477 was successful after payment of the requisite charge of Rs. 500 through Credit Card. A Thank you screen showed up giving Application Reference No. and saying that Fastag application PDF has been sent to my registered e-mail ID. But no mail was received and no pdf version of the application I had submitted. I tried to contact the toll-free number but it went on playing music with none to attend. Would HDFC Bank authority will look into it and inform me suitably?

                          Recently i applied to hdfc bank credit card which has already got linked to my net banking account. Due to some issues with the courier service they returned it to hdfc, it was shocking that the courier service didn't even tried to call me. Hdfc keeps sending sms to me as card as returned please contact customer support. When i call customer support i'm unable to connect to any representative. I tried almost all the number. Tried to email still no good response. Tried to connect on twitter still no good response. My card is stuck with the bank itself. This is so frustrating which is happening for 2 months now.

                            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr 431132. I have uploaded scan copy of rc. On 24th nov i got my wallet and customer id but still no update on fastag sticter dispatch.

                            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                              I purchased a hdfc fastag more than a week ago and i received a mail stating that the fastag is been issued and 200 rs have been credited but till date i haven't received any fastag also i tried contacting mailing hdfc but no one responds looks like hdfc is least intrested to help customers
                              I have been a hdfc customer for last 5 years didn't expect such kind of treatment from them

                                Hdfc fastag support team is not responding. I paid for 2 vehicle registration and then got email of i will be contacted by hdfc team in 7 days and guess what no updates. The service number [protected] is not working. I have sent email to support hdfc they never respond. I'm getting frustrated to see such a nonsense service from hdfc. Pl help since hdfc is don't care about their customer.                                   I have submitted fastag application on 19th nov 2019. I received mail mentioning wallet id on 22nd nov 2019. But till today, i haven't yet received any mail or call from hdfc representative for further status. As per message displayed on application form submission, "you will receive fastag within 7 days and our representative will contact you", but no update received.
                                  I tried customer care number 10-20 times a day. Most of the time it is busy orsome music is playing.
                                  I am very disappointed by hdfc procedure of fastag. No proper updates/sms received.
                                  Let me know, when my fastag will get delivered.

                                    The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                                    First of all, it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

                                    And also can i get my money back if i added a sufficient amount in account???

                                      Really worst customer support. I have been calling them since two weeks after i paid amount 200 for replacement of fastag but still it is not yet dispatched. And also have sent mail with my current address to update in fastag profile but still not updated.

                                        I have applied for credit card from hdfc bank application no :19k[protected]s3 and it was declined without stating any reason, when i inquired through hdfc branch they are not able to provide any help stating that in their system it is still showing as in review however to me it clearly state declined.. 2 months bank also it got rejected without sighting proper reason.. When i complained customet care they trapped me and applied for another credit card online... Such a pathetic and disgusting way to treat hdfc customet... Only thing i wanted to know why it is getting constantly declined and they are keep asking me reapply... My credit score will also take a hit because of that. My contact no
