[Resolved] HDFC Bank — application status of fastag

I have applied for fastag about 4/5 days ago, at that time i paid 500 rs through netbanking. After the payment page reloaded automatically and on screen it showed me that session was timed out. But amount was deducted from my bank account and i didn't receive any fastag by post or any other service. Registration number of my vehicle is gj05jm4696 and mobile number is [protected].
Pls give me appropriate confirmation about my application

FASTag application no HFR01113368 was successful. Yoy wll will receive FASTag in 7 days.Rs 500.00 is deducted.I tried to trace the status but in vain.I tried to contact on [protected] but insuccessful.Kindly inform about the status before loosing faith.

Fastag Application HFR02088477 was successful after payment of the requisite charge of Rs. 500 through Credit Card. A Thank you screen showed up giving Application Reference No. and saying that Fastag application PDF has been sent to my registered e-mail ID. But no mail was received and no pdf version of the application I had submitted. I tried to contact the toll-free number but it went on playing music with none to attend. Would HDFC Bank authority will look into it and inform me suitably?
