[Resolved] HDFC Bank ERGO Health Insurance — Negligence & ignorance in returning documents
HDFC ERGO ID : ER[protected]-01E Complain No. 12767602 dt. 10.11.15) This is a last reminder mail from my side, after several phone calls & reminders even lodging complains[protected] dt. 10.11.15) no action being taken till date, since I have submitted all the relevant documents to get back the original papers in Sept'15 end. Whereas, it's so important for me to get back my original documents after the claim got rejected, still only verbal commitment at your end being given, but nothing in action. I truly do not understand the hindrance of this procedure. This is my last reminder from my end, if no action being taken in that case I'll put up the issue in consumer forum for negligence & harassment.
